Purpose: Master the inspection standard of the power supply adapter of cell phone jammer so that the incoming material can better conform to quality requirements of our company.
Applicable range: This specification is applicable to all power supply adapters of cell phone jammer manufactured by our factory.
Inspection instrument and equipment: universal meter, dielectric strength tester, insulated resistance tester, AC millivoltmeter (or oscilloscope), wattmeter, electric load, variable frequency power supply, caliper, plug gauge and so on.
Inspection items and technical requirements
Appearance of the power supply adapter of cell phone jammer:
The shell has no crack, burr, deformation, scratch, shrinkage and stain.
The metalwork has no oxidization, fungus, stain and the AC pin and DC plug have no looseness.
The whisker has no burning, scoring, damaging and staining and the core wire has no exposure.
The nameplate content should be accurate and the nameplate has no reverse sticking, misaligned sticking, missing sticking, mistaken sticking and tilting.
The gap on the surface and bottom case should be no more than 1mm with good fit and without looseness.
The content should be accurate and the letter should be clear without wrong letters for nameplate sticker or casing lettering.
The silk-screen of case and whisker should be clear without wrong letters.
